If 566 or its other box forms 656 665 came up 18 times in 200 draws then I would say the RNG is broken. Run the numbers thru a binomial calculator. 18 hits in 200 draws with a probability of .003. Most online binomial calculators do not have the precision to accurately do the calculation. ChatGPT says 1 in 5 x 10 22 of event occurring.
