I know about the pick3 in Pennsylvania. I would be quite surprised if such a scheme were still ongoing. Nevertheless, as an anonymous player (i.e. not the cheater and not the state), it doesn't affect me. My chances of winning are exactly the same because I pick numbers at random. I could randomly pick the cheated numbers just as easily as I could randomly pick the non-cheated numbers. No, I don't know for certain that scratchers aren't rigged. But then, how do you know scratchers are rigged

I know about those cases. However, the individuals involved rigged the game to benefit themselves personally by gaining an unfair advantage. Other players could still win if they happened to choose the rigged numbers. The cheaters didn't care if other people won or lost. They only cared if they won for themselves. I think all the games are rigged. They throw a few scraps out to make it look legit. Google addresses of billion dollar powerball winning stores addresses in california. There all in close proximity. And conveniently close to lax. Fly in . Fill out your winning play slip. Fly away. Claim under an llc or whatever. And theres no state tax on lottery winnings in ca. You are very in sync with the inside numbers how they relate sums, root sums, short sums, pairs, V trac etc yet your final pics day to day fall short on the winning numbers. Again this ML is a ping pong ball not rigged like many here like to blame ML for. ML pick 3 drawings are legit. The ML outcomes each and every day create the history. Patterns, numbers repeat, after all there are only ten 10 digits numbers. Ten! Numbers repeat sometimes more somtimes less.

Loved the memories. I share a similar story and oddly enough was only introduced to the lottery/gambling because of the MOON. A man that I worked with would always say it's my lucky time!!! If you could rig a drawing there are two reasons to do it. One, as in the case of Eddie Tipton's rigged drawings, would be so that you, or your friends or associates, could win that drawing. No jackpot winner for the drawing in question, so that doesn't apply here. The other would be to prevent a winner so that the jackpot increases, leading to more revenue from increased ticket sales. yeah, and those states that did not have the same lay out on their slip had several winners too, not just one. I'm sorry if y'all want to believe in the lottery this bad that even when it's in plain sight, y'all still want to justify a scam for the sake of a dream. This is as rigged as it gets.
