Florida Lottery will not honor misprint scratch-off jackpot
Aug...4th.....................This is tooooo incredible. It makes me gun shy about playing scratch offs period, regardless of the State...and I'm not trying to say that other States would have handled this mistake as badly as FLORIDA HAS....but we all try to learn from the misfortunes of others....BTW....God didn't have anything to do with this fraud.....She suggested God gave it to her and took it away in one breath.No....The .FLORIDA LOTTERY took it away in one breath....and to maintain

No body is more of a crook than our politicians. We just had our 3rd alderman in four years indited for campaign fraud. Nosiree, we can take pride in the Milwaukee politicians being dirty, scheming connivers. That's why they run for election.

Follow-Up: Couple’s lottery 5-week winning streak was simple luck
I suppose that must mean that if a person figured out a consistent way to predict what numbers were going to hit, and if he entered freqently to use the system, it would be considered fraud?I'm betting those folks won't be winning again for a while, even if they have a system. Never seen a fortune cookie with a 'Get out of jail free' card inside.Jack

Follow-Up: Couple’s lottery 5-week winning streak was simple luck
When Jeffrey Hintz won the Wisconsin Lottery s second-chance drawing five weeks in a row, some in state government got a little suspicious.Turns out, Hintz just got lucky, an investigation concluded.Investigators with the state s Department of Revenue found no signs of fraud in his five-week winning streak in March and April.Hintz and his wife, Lisa, have won almost $73,000 in cash prizes from the state lottery since 1999. More than $65,000 came from drawings. But the couple s five-week winning s

Anti-lottery group sues to end Mega Millions in California
Groups like this get money from the Indian casino's so saying they are against gambling is a fraud. They are just more sleazy lawyers in search of a quick buck, nothing new here.

Maryland Lottery a case study in the science of random numbers
I'd like a link to that story.I think we already know that a person who wins more often that they should will be investigated, etc. My guess would be that the guy had a choice of the carrot of telling his method in exchange for payment vs. the stick of being charged with fraud, etc. and spending all manner of his own $$$ to fight the charges.

Mysticwomyn,I can almost guarantee you will not get a response. I've been there with this guy.His fraud has been exposed to the 16,000 + members of LP. Too bad he called us a bunch of wannabes...the wannabe has implicated himself as one....a wannabe webmaster.Oh, and the many links provided for online casinos were boring and probably rip-offs as well.Caveat Emptor.

Clerk enters plea in Mass. lottery-ticket case
It isn't a question of wether or not he cashed the ticket in, the question is was he the rightful owner or did he steal it through fraud from the rightful owner

Need Copy of Pick-3 Winning Ticket!
You can possess a very developed intellect and still have bad grammar, not everybody can be good at everything.I agree with you completely, but to come on LOTTERYPOST and try to run a scam on other lottery players would take...............well you get the point. I think that I am more ticked about the potential for FRAUD here then anything. And as far as the system goes...............well lets just wait on Kentucky to post.
