Praying?
whoa. the response to this might require TWO donuts, and 3 glasses of milk. not a problem, i am always up for the challenge of it all. a forewarning though.....this will take me a couple of posts, done over time tonight. i have to pencil you in , as they say. i will say, i do respect your effort, despite our chasm over agreement. can't tell you how many that can't qualify their positions in life (when REALLY pressed), and usually run away. but you, you (so far) are willing to throw it out the

Vtracs for Dummies 103 by TNTea
Fellow LP members: I am relatively new to the site and have been engaged in heavy research of Pick 3/Cash 3 lotto systems. One of the many useful Pick 3 systems I have read up on is the Vtracs for Dummies system authored by TNTea. I had no problems understanding each lesson, but there is one portion from Vtracs 103 course which I believe may contain an error. Below is a cut-and-paste of that portion of the Vtracs 103 lesson (I have paraphrased portions to make them easier to read): _______

Vtrac search engine on Lottery Post
Okay here is a link to the Vtrac coloring book. I made it and I called it. I could have given it a fancy name but it is nothing more than MY coloring book for Vtracs. It is a new approach to tracking historical hits and color is used to indicate frequency. You figure out how long of a history can be logged before one runs out of colors to use. This coloring book has four colors. Hard to believe you never looked at it but it was in the Vtrac for Dummies Thread. So-named by the one who started

wheels
BobP, Not sure if you read my first post here, but I suggested that he try the Lottery Post wheel filters, which are not only full-featured, but cheap. (Regarding your comment: As the only other kind of filtering software is rather expensive, I suggest the following. emphasis added by me.) The problem with throwing CoverMaster at the problem is that it does not tend to produce balanced wheels. So saying that it won't filter out the jackpot winner is iffy at best. Don't get me wrong, Cov

TEST DRAW insider info for new Powerball. 17 & 7 are ON FIRE.
First off, the numbers are random. I have accept and live with that. The biggest factor or problem with powerball is the odds. That is why the keep increasing the darn number of balls. Picking 1 exact number out of 195,000,000 is impossible when in reality guessing what number somebody is think of b/w 1 and 100 only gets you close at best most of the time. If you were given a choice to buy your favorite numbers at the store the stand in front of the television cameras and blow air on th

National Lottery computer fiasco cost winner £800,000
A systems failure at the lottery operator Camelot caused terminals in shops to crash as they tried to issue tickets for the main Lotto draw and even halted Internet sales. The dramatic reduction in takings for the post-Christmas draw caused the jackpot to be trimmed from the 4.2 million (US$6.1 million) estimated on Christmas Eve to 3.4m (US$5m). Camelot apologized publicly after the problem which may also have prevented a potential jackpot winner from buying a ticket. A single player w

Devil's Advocate Mode - Foreign Lottery Scams.
I have no doubt that there are a number of foreign lottery scams going on right now. But, I also have no doubt that there are a number of legitimate foreign lotteries. Years ago, my ex and I played the Gold Coast Lottery out of Australia (Queensland) by mail. We didn't win so much money we could retire (grin), but we DID win a few times. One check I got was big enough to pay a monthly electric bill ... and one check my ex got was big enough to buy two weeks worth of groceries. The only mailings

Conditional Feedback
Back on 2007-10-28 @ 15:39 ET, I posted a modified graph that was presented at the beginning of a Lottery Post News story; the News post was Tenn. players picked up on new odds before lottery revealed glitch. In it I had shown a possible trigger date of Aug 6; since then I have decided on the date of Aug 8. The following graph is from that Lottery Post News story and will be necessary for part of the theories I'll write about next. One of the theories I have been thinking about was the po

Opponents of lottery say 'I told you so'
A database consultant alleges the N.C. Lottery didn't deliver the money promised By Frank Koconis The N.C. Education Lottery has been in operation for barely a year, and so far the state has seen little benefit from it. The promised boost in education funding is much smaller than expected, and for certain programs, nonexistent. Even worse, some of the ominous predictions of those who originally opposed the lottery appear to be coming true. The lottery simply isn't bringing in nearly as
