state thats most likely rigged
there are even a few ball drawings that may be rigged. CA uses a bal machine to draw the winning super lotto plus numbers, but with CA's size and poplation, they will have runs in which they di not produce a jackpot winner. what i am assuming is that one of two things is happening. 1. they are rigging the drawing so that nobody wins, and the jackpot goes up, causing sales to go up. 2. they are selling a jackpot winning ticket, but not reporting it, and insteaed reporting that the jackpot rolled

That is weird! Never saw a machine do that before. I sometimes play QP's boxed and then what ever comes out I will play it STR also. NY must be different than NJ.Mink404SkiQuote: Originally posted

refused to pay me
What you know or may not know is the lottery will give practically anybody a machine so they can sell tickets for them. Then the retailer buys scratch off tickets to sell for them. When the retailers pays on a scratch off ticket the retailer has to go through all kinds of crap to get their funds from the lottery. the lottery wants to credit the retailer for any winning tickets that the retailer pays out for. So in fact the retailer is paying out of his register for any winning tickets since many

How much cash in to cash out?
Ever since I started playing the lottery, I've kept track of every ticket I've ever purchased and the prizes I've cashed have equaled exactly 30.6% of the total money I've spent buying tickets; playing a combination of quick-picks and my-picks on roughly a 50:50 basis.Recently, I've been driving to Iowa (I live near the border) to play the incredible jackpot run of HotLotto using advance draws. I sometimes play WI Megabucks but not regularly. On some special occasions, I'll buy seven advance dra
