If you're really interested in PB jackpots won by states, why didn't you simply do a search? Oh and by the way according to this table, Wisconsin had 16 PB jackpot winners.

Agree with RJOH To sum it up play the lottery 30 years and in 30 years getting 6 number out of 7 off hitting it big then some people make as if hitting the jackpot is easy......they don't understand the odds. You are right! I am surprised,since you can collect all funds less taxes. So silly to make an inaccurate statement. Naturally they do have the annuity 'option' for some instant tickets or the cash4life.. The multi state jackpots allow for cash vs annuity. Mine will be cash and dash. I've zero desire or need for financial advice.

I've thought of about a dozen probable scenarios and haven't been able to think of a single one where the risk of taking an annuity is worth it. Every excuse that I've been told for why one COULD take the annuity comes with a big fat BUT attached to it. So then I went to the improbable scenarios page and the only way I'd ever even consider taking an annuity is if both MM and PB had massive jackpots up for grab at the same time, and I won both of them. If that were to happen, then I MAY take one
