Conspiracy Theory ??
I appreciated every one who read and contributed to this post and for the record I am not stating that there is a lottery conspiracy.
But what I am really trying to find out is if the majority of professional lottery(P3,P4,P5,6/53) players used systems or methods that rely on previous draws and the lottery drawing have rehersal and test drawings are they rehearsing and testing one ball for that particular draw or does the ball keep changing for every rehearsal and when its time to go on live

Florida site down, down, down
Well, rather than begin a new topic, I thought I'd post on this one.
Just went to check my megamoney tickets and the Florida site (in the news sections) reads that one person from (where else?) Miami won an estimated $2 million jackpot. I'll bet this is another one of their errors! The jackpot rolled from $500,000 to $800,000 and then to $1,400,000. I know this is a pari-mutuel state, but the estimated jackpot should read $1,400,000 - I'll put money on it!! I doubt if it could pos

Damn, I keep putting all the right numbers on the wrong lines...
I'm still experimenting, tonight I reduced the pool for the five numbers and increase the bonus number pool and I matched the bonus ball and had only one of the other balls in my pool so the best I could do was 0+1 in 24 lines. I seem to hit the bonus ball when I give myself a 50/50 chance of hitting it.
I tend to think I can't afford to spend as much as I did when the jackpot isn't a record amount but if I won as much as I played or more most of the time then I probably could afford to pl

keep losing tickets from the year to write off the winnings
First of all everyone gets a standard deduction of $4500 which includes all their lost including those from gambling, interest on debt, work expenses and etc. unless they can prove more and they can only deduct gambling lost up to what they won regardless of the amount spent getting that win if they're not a professional gambler.
A few years back I spent $3000 on lottery tickets and won a $1500 prize. I could deduct up to $1500, but it and all my other deductions didn't exceed the standard

Penn. woman sued by former friend over lottery win
I totally agree. Maybe they are using his past record to show his lack of character, but his violent behavior has nothing to do with the lottery.
The woman suffered 12 broken bones, according to trial testimony.
I wonder if his victim can sue for damages if he does win his case.

Powerball won in Oregon.
For various reasons our memories can be very selective. Oregon had the PB record for about a year, and the big jackpots are easier to remember since there aren't as many of them. Pennsylvania has a population of about 12.5 million. The only other PB states with even half as many people are Indiana and North Carolina, and the latter has only been a PB state for a short time. If Pennsylvania didn't have a lot of winners it would be unusual (assuming that Pennsylvanians play at the same rate as pe

I am going to try to change the rules about annonymity...
Maybe get the lottery officials to see the benefits of jackpot and 2nd prize winners remaining anonymous.
Has it ever occurred to you state lottery commission have discussed this and came to the conclusion it's more beneficial too all the players that the identities of jackpot winners be known?
Most players don't care who wins the jackpots as long as they know that somebody actually won them. The lotteries are run by state governments so a list of winners is part of public record. Why s
