Where are you getting the 374.1 mil number? Both my state site and the USMega site say 359 million. I know it goes up sometimes when there is a rush of ticket buying but the increase is usually reflected on those sites. Thanks!

Virginia: I would add a 2-ball and 5-ball numbers game like Pennsylvania and Florida have. I would also increase the lower-tier prize payouts on jackpot games to at least 25% of the odds.

There was a woman in Texas who won a lot of $$$ on scratchers. But she had a legitimate system. One, she bought a lot of them and two, she only bought certain ones at certain times. Your math is wrong. Obama doubled the national debt from from 10 trillion to 20 trillion, that is a 100% increase not 50% as you claim.
