My thoughts exactly. This country seems to be the bully of the world. It frightens me, Russia, China, N Korea have had about enough of this and their military might is nothing to shake a stick to. The pots would increase substantially if they would repeal that stupid 1961 law prohibiting purchasing lottery tickets from another state over the phone. Naturally the not yet invented internet got the shaft too from this stupid law.

The NY lottery works very hard to not reveal useful information. It's probably been 20 years since I last found information about the cash value of the advertised annuity. For that $42.5 million annuity jackpot the official press release doesn't even say how much he got as a lump sum prize.
