I hate to admit it but alot of times anything does go with lottery to find a win somehow.I've recently been cheating and using my non winning bingo scratch-offs and using the first number that hits my eye....I've manged 7/10 more times this way then using a statistical approach...go figure lol

Yeah cheating was a word that would catch peoples attention, so that's why I used it and hopefully it's not the case. But back to the issue, if you research recent drawings you'll see where NC was gradually paying more, now recently since they're trying to meet a quota for the state, there payouts have decreased. While I understand where you are coming from we can't just say NC is cheating. Do I find it odd about all the repeat numbers, yes, Am I wondering why my pet numbers won't fall, yes. I would reverse engineer their cheating methods and use it against them. The jackpots would be much easeir to win if you could prove numbers were not generated randomly.

maybe a group of us in each big city should BOYCOTT the PICK 3..we should go to each lotery office and picket that they are cheating us...and get the media involved...would serve them right for just taking from us,a nd not giving back..they know in advance what numbers are going to fall..it should not be like that. you know we pay taxes in this state as well and some of that goes to the schools...why give us a lottery when noone is hardly winning....it seems like a scam
