Good! Someone needs to start dishing out punishments that don't include warnings or slaps on the wrists. A lesson needs to be learned that if you do bad and are bad you'll pay for it. Consequences now aren't threatening enough to prevent fraud and corruption. It will never go away but at least if the threat is real for dire consequences to take place for those that abuse the system or benefit greatly from others, maybe it'll make more think twice about illegal actions and self enrichmen

There are still some scratch of games ranging from 5$ to 30$ that still have allot of money left over to the public. The only way to to win those leftover money is to play those game from top to bottom. I sign any decent win immediately, and I always make copies.
