I just took a quick look at the past draws and things don't look too good with the filters, I could miss the winning number about half of the time more or less and that would be only if the draws are not FIXED . Belgium is 7 hours ahead of Texas and so 6 hours ahead of the Lottery Post, if there draws are at about 6 PM then they would be at about Noon time here at the lottery post and at about 11:00 A.M. Texas time, so I would have to post before Noon here at the Lottery Post to predict for
