you state a good point. here's what mega millions needs to do. restructure the percentage of the prize pool that goes to the jackpot, and increase the lower prizes. powerball pays better for matching the powerball than mega millions does for matching the mega ball, and matching the mega ball is harder. the same is true for the next 2 or 3 prize levels up. mega millions should also award a higher prize for matching 4+1. it's the same as powerball, but with harder odds. now what powerball needs to

NFL - Sort of Lottery
Hey folks (you guys in Canada or at least Ontario will know about this) -out our way, we have Pro-Picks, several games you can play at onlineterminals, one of which is an NFL Pool. Top prize so far appears to besome $400,000.00 - wager is $5 each selection slip and to date, most weekshave had ONE winner of the top (and only) prize. Help with system - DLM - 2Reply
I have made many changes to DLM over the last six months and feel I am ready to start a pool for playing.I usually pick 100 or so draws from a game but only play 10. I have noticed several times where I picked a good draw but did not play it - ex: I picked 5/6 in Florida Lotto last month but didn't play that draw.An issue I have seen is playing aggressively with my rules versus looser rules. There are also certain anomalies in each draw that should be addressed with looser rules - but it defeats

I've been stuck on 2 + PB for the last couple of weeks, so I'm hoping that I can get over the hump and into the black with these numbers. No call on the red Powerball. The following numbers have been derived as prime candidates for play from the 5/53 white ball pool in tonight's PowerBall drawing. I've revised my number selection process. Hopefully, this represents a refinement toward greater accuracy and usability. I've realigned the number groups and reduced the selections from twenty down to twelve. What's the most you've spent on a ticket?Reply
I only spend a couple of dollars when buying tickets for just myself. I have been in office pools that have spend as much as $2,000 on a single draw. My share has been as high as $250 in an office pool. These have been rare occasions when there was a good buying opportunity. I define a good opportunity when the expected value of a ticket is close to or greater than the cost of the ticket. A good example is the current Oregan Lottery.Good luck,Jake
