I think the man got what he deserved. He took the trust of the public and I for one am now skeptical of playing scratch-offs because I feel there is cheating going on. Plus, a million dollars is a lot of money. If he stole that from a bank, he may have gotten 8 years or more in prison. He is on house arrest, which isn't as bad as being in prison.

I feel you had better settle for the descriptive blogging and you can start anytime you are ready. As for writing programs for lotto players, you will be opening up a can of worms. There are a few people out there (mostly at Waffle House ) that want you to write a program in which all they do is click on a button and the next winning number appears. If you can't do that, then you are cheating them. (OK, so I'm over-simplying. Sue me!)

Not rare at all, over the years I see the same thing happening over and over again. It gets really big, no one wins. Then after the big win theer are winners every draw, or every few draws. Probably because more people continue playing not realizing that the jackpot was won yet, or the lottery could be cheating and controling it all. I am still not 100% convinced ball drawings are not controlled.

mississippi,arkansas and alabama are nearest to me so i'm pretty much screwed unless i drive to either texas or missouri which are both 3 or 4 hours away.all i can do is hope they bring the balls back because i'll never play the RNG ever.its cheating plain and simple.
