Except when you buy a ticket you give up your right to privacy in the event you win a big JP. Its part of the game. That's why I said NOT to buy tickets if you are afraid to abide by the rules we all have to live by.

That would indicate a random event. I write this because I believe this system is doing much better than Random shuffles. But I'd like to see if an RNG can do better, or would it be the same?
