this is what ive been trying to teel people here that call me stupid among other names.a few have asked me how would people know about winning scratch tickets in advance and tell me there is no way it can happen, and as they are saying this ...............people are being arrested for the lottery fraud ...........while people still say its not rigged.i insist i know its rigged cause i sold millions of dollars of tickets to customers. those idiots out there saying its not rigged must be in on the

Gee Todd, those are almost the same Ref: and Batch: numbers I had in the two UK and one Netherlands lotteries I won over the last two weeks. I wrote about them in the lottery scam topic. If you get any from the UK the Metropolitan police ask that you forward the email with full header to them at fraud.alert@met.police.UK

i read that the ticket was not a clean ticket; and the state is doing further investigation to ensure that he has the valid one. also, they are not stating that he is a suspect for any type of fraud.

You enter these things all the time . . . ok if you paid to enter through a legitimage agency like the one on the left and won something congradulations!!!If you don't recall entering and you won 2nd prize and they need you to send money to pay the taxes or handling, it's a scam even if they forged the name of a real lottery into the email. Lottery ticket number crucial to trial
In Florida people buy scratch off tickets and have the clerk scan them for winners without scratching any boxes. It's not like a bell rings if you have a winner, the clerk can easily say a winner was a loser. I think the case hinges on whether Julie Prive told them it was a loser, if she did it was fraud as seller/checker she had responsibility to verify the ticket, if she didn't and just asked for losers it became hers when they handed it over.
