In March of 2023 The Florida Lottery implemented two Florida Fantasy5 drawings per day and absolutely ruined the game! Not only that but 3 of the last $1 Billion+ jackpots for the powerball have been won within like 70 or so miles of each other this year in the L.A. metro. Also, why do some states with a large population, like Texas, win so many few powerball jackpots?

I think they should rethink this twice a day. They would have been better off once a day and raised the ticket price to $2....it would make the jackpot much larger and that is what people are really playing for. It wouldn't be appealing to drop $2 a ticket but jackpots of $350,000 - $450,000 would get attention and make most over look the $2 ticket since a huge jackpot is possible. I'm not playing much anymore the jackpots aren't worth the chase and I can't keep up with 2 draws a day is another

I don't think this will turn out well. I really think interest will be lost and jackpots will be less than half what they are now. I am thinking more like $70,000 or less jackpots and that won't really make me want to play this.

FF5 is still a good game to play.... but players will no longer be able to win those whopping big jackpots. The odds aren't changing a bit. They're still 376,992 to 1. That's excellent odds in terms of lottery odds. But players can kiss those $200,000 FF5 jackpots goodbye. G5

If you read the list of winning states, you would know CA, FL, NJ and NY are not the only states that always win the big MM and PB jackpots. There are a lot other states that win also. AZ, NH, and MD have won several times. CA has won the most jackpots because they have the most lottery vending machines in more locations than any other state in the country.

I was just looking back at some jackpot stats that I was keeping. Like a fool, I stopped tracking them at 3/31/2022 and now I wish I had tracked them for the entire year. The biggest jackpot won by one person in the first quarter of 2022 was $212,908 on 2/26/2022. Most jackpots (when there was not a rolldown) were split by multiple winners. The highest number of winners for one jackpot was six. There were quite a few rolldowns as well. All of that tells me that if you're lucky enough to win
