Powerball sucks
The profit always goes to the state selling the tickets. The only money states send to other states is the money to pay for jackpots won in other states. MUSL must get some too. Anybody have any idea how much? Apparently not enough to dissuade the Eddie Tiptons not to steal more. LOL

A 10 way-split would be about $5 million after taxes and anyone should be happy with that. That's what state lotteries continue thinking but most players continue to play the multi-state lotteries with odds 20x harder with jackpots 10x larger.
