Thanks Dr P and lottaloot,Lootster, I sincerely appreciate your advice, and normally I do go with the trend, until the consecutive repeating-digit singles hits six in the Combined game. It's always a gamble, and involves some risk, of course, and certainly wouldn't do it if I couldn't afford to increase my bets after losses. And I'm playing only Georgia...... Since the lotteries here are run by the states, the information (at least to my understanding) is the same as any information regarding state government. That is to say, it is Public record . It has to be available to the average citizen upon request.
