Ya, I believe TheBigGame used to climb $15 mil to $30 mil once it hit/passed the $80 mil mark. And then really really climbed once it passed the $100 mil mark. But that was before the Great Death. 99% of web sites that offer out of state/country lotteries are scammers. Most of them will take your money and not buy the tickets.
