Question about PB/MM Quick Pick Strategy
Powerball is drawn Wed Sat at 10:59 pm EST. Mega Millions is drawn Tues Fri at 11:00 pm EST. You have up until 15 minutes before the drawing time to purchase tickets. I realize that Quick Picks are supposed to be random. However, if the retail computer terminals are plugged into the Central PB/MM terminal (where ever the Central Terminal is located), would the retail terminal be more likely to choose QP numbers that have already been played heavily, or QP numbers that have NOT been

Well I said I would post the results..... Congrats to all the winners this go around .... and no was not me! Believe it or Not..... My ten dollar quick pick for this go around had all five numbers on it (WB).... Go figure - as I said before the previous times had no number -- this time all five appear on this one ticket.... but NOT on the same line .... so quick pick ticket had no wins.... Always there are very many more people playing quick picks than those who play their own numbers. Most of those who play their own numbers DO NOT pick their own numbers according to a SOUND system or method based on the game's statistics, that is based on the statistics of the numbers and their patterns. That means that most people who play their own numbers ARE NOT increasing their chances of winning, their own numbers are just as good as quick picks and have just about the same chance

(I'm putting this here because it's more about Quick Pick vs individual number selection) Illinois Little Lotto paid out $1,150,000 to a quick pick last night. It's a Pick 5 game and the jackpot starts at $100,000. Obviously it didn't get hit for a few draws to get to over one million. Multiple Quick Pick Tickets Same Draw
When buying multiple Quick Pick tickets for the same draw. Example is you want to buy five tickets for the upcoming MM Friday draw. Is there any significant difference in how the numbers get picked if you have them all printed on the same ticket or if you opt to have each ticket on it own. Every time I buy say 5 tickets. The vendor always asks me Do you want them all on one ticket or separate tickets? I have always wondered if in the grand scheme of things it matters.
