Man in Iraq wins $6.4 million Oregon Lottery jackpot
Kind of pointless because you can remain anonymous in Ohio. I guess, they are trying to guarantee it in case laws change.

$144M Powerball jackpot won in Tennessee claimed by trust
I am glad to see some one(s) from Tennessee able to remain anonymous. It will be interesting to see if the person or persons can maintain their anonymity. If this is the case I will consider buying lottery tickets in TN. Otherwise I will be traveling to one of the states that allows persons in it state to remain anonymous. I think these states allow winners to remain anonymous Delaware, Kansas, Maryland, North Dakota, Ohio and South Carolina. This question has been asked several times.

More lottery winners using trusts to accept prizes anonymously
They tried to pass legislation earlier this year in Michigan to allow lottery winners to remain anonymous but it has stalled out in the senate. Boo Hiss! HB 4433, Michigan: Gaming; Lottery; Multistate Lottery Games; Allow Winner to remain anonymous. Amends Sec. 25 of 1972 PA 239 (MCL 432.25).

Stories such as these remind me why lottery winners should only play in states where they can remain anonymous.
