Are Lotteries Rigged
Jim695 I applaud your willingness to uncover the unprofessional and ridiculous behaviour of your State's Lottery.Players that feel what is happening in your state just isn't possible are obviously very NAIVE about life and people in positions of Power.Your lottery game is totally being manipulated and the players are being screwed the information you have brought forward concerned me so much that I contacted my State's Lottery Office and asked if they still use Lottery Draw Machines and te

Warning about Lottery Universe
As well as the Trading Standards Office, I also sent an email to the Avon and Somerset police (Fraud division). Unfortunately, their hands are tied as there is no legislation covering this type of activity but they have said that they will be pushing the Trading Standards Office to do something about it.I also have one more avenue that I am exploring but I'll tell you about that later when I see what the results are.

Florida store clerks charged with lottery ticket thefts
Hiring someone that is serving 22 years probation for fraud and embezzlement to be a store clerk is like getting a hungry fox to the guard a hen house. RJOh

TexasLotto
Todd:I believe you, I just want to build a fraud case against them. Don't worry about the slander ( in most states it would be libel) I'm an attorney and would gladly defend you.PS: Thanks for the Lottery Universe note, as well. I read their terms last year but didn't believe they could get away with that condition you reference....and I HAVE asked to produce tickets but received no reply.

Cash or Credit Poll
Ever consider Cash Withdrawal Fees which would be levied when paying for lottery tickets with a credit card?? They need to consider other alternatives for on line ticket sales. No to in person sales due to potential credit card fraud. For purchases like that it is highly likely a cashier would not bother checking ID.As stated in another post, I'm in favor of Pay Pal to make cash transfer from your bank account. 128 bit encription, very sensitive to your sign in name, haven't missed a beat wi

A suggestion for All
If lottoking is still posting, he is not ousted. If lottoking doesn't post again, it is his choice. As for magic, I never saw any. Posting losing numbers doesn't make you a fraud but a dreamer like the rest of us who are trying to predict the winning numbers and win some money.RJOh

Which statistics are important?
