Tips and Tricks
This I must share:I made a calendar in Microsoft word..just a paper document template. I only have the P3 stats for 2 or 3 years. I saved it to the desktop in a folder. I open it up and then I hold down the control+F keys and it opens up the find feature box. I then type in the box the number I am looking for to see what follows it. It makes it very easy to find those numbers. If I had done that last night, I would have seen that 589 followed 060 previously. It can also give you ideas

TOPIC: If you ever won the Powerball....
I know what I would do...Leave my current job as soon as the first check was deposited in the bank !I had a great job as a process analyst with Lucent/Agere... but alas, I got the Nafta-Shafta and it's now in mexico... I went to a computer learning school because they basically lied and said an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) would be the ticket to a new career in the mid $50k range... they completely neglected to mention the fact that you also need a bachelor's degree and 10 years e

Red's Hot Sheet
If the majority of people out there thought as you do about Microsoft, then they certain wouldn't have this monopoly that the minority cries about! Sure they would! Their their anti-competitive tactics have served them well. It's called capitalism and ingenuity, and that's what America is all about. No, its called embrace and extinguish , antitrust and anticompetitive and that's NOT what America is all about. The greatest degree of ingenuity MS has shown is how to appropriate (steal)

Red's Hot Sheet
Todd,I'm sorry that this thing appears to be getting personal, it was never my intent that personal remarks find their way into this discussion. It is interesting that since you have or have not had a certain personal experience, you assume everyone elses mirrors yours. While I don't get them all right now, there was a time when I subscribed to eWeek, Internet World, Information Week, Networking Magazine, Inter@ctive Week, Byte and Industry Standard and read them all diligently. My remarks are base

Are pre-draws corrupting your lottery strategy ?
Uh? I have to man up? I have to be honest? About what? Do you think that i am the person behind all the lotteries, the one who pulls the strings, or something like that??? I've posted statistical data that shows there is no difference in resulting statistics!!! Ofcourse, it is easy to just ignore that and continiue to live in a dreamworld. I have tons and tons of facts, i can backup everything i say about this. I show mathematics are what they are and that pre-draws or no p

Big news for Internet Explorer 6/7/8 users!
Marcie, Unfortunately AOL hides technical details from view. I'm really not sure how AOL works with IE8 or how you would see it, because I don't use AOL. Maybe an AOL user could help you out here. Regardless, you don't have to use the AOL Web browser to view the Internet, even if you use an AOL dial-up connection. All you have to do is connect to AOL as you normally do, and after it is connected, launch your real (non-AOL) Web browser. For example, you could use Firefox, Chrome, or even

Site-wide improvements implemented last night and today
I hinted at it in an earlier post about an error message some people may have seen because of the upgraded text editor. I have been working very hard to wrap up the improvements installed and de-glitched over the past day. These are changes that have been in the works for months. It is not a simple task to keep a web site with this much traffic performing smoothly and quickly, which is why many of the improvements to the site are focused on performance and ability to handle more traffic.
