The point of that real expert was that US players will not be happy to see another country win the jackpot. A separate powerball game with a separate jackpot would have been a better option.

Whatever Dude, you are probably one of the ones who are ALWAYS complaining about California always winning the jackpot. Now Kansas and Indiana split the jackpot with a bunch of other states getting 2nd and 3rd prize and YOU still complain.
