RL IS NOT GOING TO RELEASE CF-251 that is his personal program for him and his wife if you have any of his programs he has released then you have all it takes to win you just have to learn how to use it in a way that works for you. Dont mean to be rude but he has stated that several times he isnt going to let that one go and i dont blame him at all.

Even if you have a gift of calling the number out to people and not receiving much and being appreciated is a solution to that one. I only share with establish friends. A true lottery group leader should be able to narrow and release the number within a reasonable time frame if you are not winning and need it.

Yeah me too. I only won my money back and one time a $100 since I been buying that ticket here an there since its release. I don't buy them anymore because with one jackpot top prize left its just not intriguing...well unless some one has an idea what the last Jackpot range may be in.
