Undercover lottery investigation tests store clerks' honesty
I'm grateful to NBC's Newsline program employees for taking the long amount of time to collect this news data last into earlier this year.
New York Lottery Executive Director, Gordon Medenica appears to be a confused person, too, on film. A serious filming by Newsline, is offered to be shown to him. He says that he doesn't care to watch ... he and the New York Police don't need help and rather are enforcing to an acceptable degree ... that he KNOWS what is going on with lottery retailers in

i should have added....
you can go with me on one my lessons stack, to see if i am what you think i am not.
but be aware, in about 3 - 4 blocks you will be making sure your priorities in life are intact, and you will be less inclined toward disingenuienly mis-representing yourself wherever you go.
especially with me paying less attention to my brake while you are in the car
cheating death has a way of making a man more honest
at least for a couple of minutes afterward.

Lottery scam victim, 78, becomes scammer, swindles friends
Getting smarter? I don't think so!
Grand theft?
What would you call this?
Texas Lottery
Now, that is a really good Racket
I would not call it a racket, but:
PreDraws
Sales end about 30 minutes before the final draw.
All combinations sold are sent to some computer somewhere, long before the final draw.

Even before computers and lottery terminals were used, lottery draws didn't have to be honest, but to me it looks worse now.

I don't

POLL: Mega Millions Jackpot $100,000,000
100M ? I'll buy that for a dollar!
I hope someone on the post gets it. Makes history. I hope they stick around and there is no animosity.
It sure is funny that some people think your abundance is for their need. I had a winning pick 3 and the liquor store run by the state could not cash anything over $100.00. The store was open but they shut off the lottery equipment. Those clerks sure got weird and wanted to know how much I won, one guy said he had $50.00 in the bank~ whatever that meant.

ARe Hackers 1 step ahead in the lotto??I always had a hunch..
That's ridiculous, for one, the draw lotteries use physical machines to draw their balls. The most common being the gravity type where carefully stored sets of measured and weighed balls are agitated by paddles rotating in opposite directions and when a door is open at the bottom of the device, a measured number of balls exit the machine for display. There's no random number generator involved. Cracking a RNG seed is pointless without knowing which RNG algorithm is being used, many simple RNG al

Cheated winner wants Texas Lottery to pay up
I must disagree with you up to a point. In this case you can blame the victim. If you read the two previous stories, you will see that this crime against Mr. Willis could've been prevented or significantly reduced had he taken the time to check his own tickets and most of all had he signed his ticket. I do not condone the theft in any shape form or fashion. But there is no way on God's green earth you or anyone can excuse Mr. Willis' actions or lack there of.
Mr. Willis must be held accountab

Pick 3/4 Business Partner
Miss Dreamin', I did what I agreed to do. I said I'd post some numbers and play as close to the LP line limit as I could because I'm just a plain member. Basically, I sef-imposed my own line here in an effort to try playing on the same court if you will.
Now, when it comes to money, I'm not trying to lose it and you're darn right that I played a much better set because my money was on the line. Do you find something wrong with that? Does that not make sense? Is this not a good business decisi

Man accused of cashing stolen lottery tickets
A Baltimore man's alleged attempts to cash lottery tickets stolen in a September armed robbery at a Hampstead gas station may have won him nothing but a trip to jail.
Mark Arthur Perry, 44, of the 1300 block of Ensor Street in Baltimore, is charged with armed robbery, robbery, theft of more than $500, first-degree assault and use of a handgun in a violent crime.
He was held without bail at a bail review hearing Friday, according to court records.
Perry and two other men allegedly robbed
