you could try Expert Lotto program. It's still in it's trial stages, but they have an excellent very fast response forum for asking these sort of questions. You download the program (free to try) after you join you can place comments, suggestions on the forum. The guys running it are very helpful intelligent types who can nearly always come up with an answer. You may have to adapt it (ask them how) for pick 3 though. Hope this helps.

I just saw an ad on the televison about Jack Whittaker..They didn't name him but he is being sued by the father of the boy who died (Jesse). The father apparently is alleging that Jack and his millions contributed to his son's death. I would guess by making so much money available to his grand daughter and her buying drugs galore. The trial is set to start July 10th. The father has hired famous Nashville lawyer Bart Durham. He may regret getting the lump sum.
