I hear ya Haymaker.....
I used to play L4L when my daughters were in college over in Connecticut. I had lots of reasons to drive over there back then, but my daughters have graduated, so I hardly ever go over there any more even though the NY/CT border is only about a 35 minute drive from house. I think too when I was playing it (2012 timeframe) the matrix was NOT what it is today, and it was easier to hit. (I think it may have been changed to include more Lucky Balls )
Also, at that time,

MUSL seeks to dismiss lawsuit over rigged jackpot
A group of state lotteries has asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a jackpot winner who argues he was shortchanged by millions of dollars because the prior drawing was rigged by one of its employees.
In court documents filed this week, the Multi-State Lottery Association argued that Iowa resident Larry Dawson does not have legal standing to sue because his claimed injury is merely speculative and hypothetical, and therefore cannot be redressed.
Dawson, of Webster City, filed the l

To strategize or not to strategize? That is the question
I find it interesting because people would argue whether buying two tickets cuts the odds is half.
When there were a few states with two plays for a dollar the game odds were given as half that of a lottery with one dollar plays without a whole lot of explanation as to why.
That's basic probability theory. You buy two combinations your odds are 2:(whatever it was)
If a lottery has a pool of numbers just: 1, 2, 3
and if two numbers get drawn then all possible combinations are:

Creating Private Pools for different Games on LP.
You didn't understand or I didn't explain myself right.People will not play their own numbers.
The pool would discuss about the value to use in the software, what ever need to be talk about, etc... and come to a conclusion that everybody agree on.
Using something like the Chat Room.
( It's against the law to send money to gamble ) that's why, I said that everyone would play the numbers sets that everybody agree with.
For example let say we end up with $20 tickets to play and it's a p

So, the lottery has yet to produce a single Billion Dollar Winner.
There are 292,201,338 combinations in the PB pool and this is the expected number of tickets on average
between hits. This number can be much lower or higher as we seen in the last game. Even the 5of5 prizes
will fall very close overall to 1 in every 11,238,513 ticket sold. It does not matter that the draws are added
together or if it were a one draw game. The last draw had a very large chance of being won by more than
one person based on the ticket sales. I stated that in the simula

Let me get this straight. The Lotter allows people from all over the globe to play USA lottos?
Thanks for your response.
OK, but this doesn't explain how somebody could be one of two jackpot winners the other day, when one of them was in Kansas.
Why would someone come all the way from the Middle East, into Kansas to buy a ticket.
You may call me paranoid, but I say think about this a minute:
What's to prevent the poorer countries to set up a very huge lotto pool. Not your regular office-sized lotto pool, but one where maybe hundreds of thousand$ are collected, to take a chance

Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
Sorry to keep bombarding you good Florida Lottery Raffle players with my posts, but I thought I'd pass on one more piece of info just for comparison's sake.
The Connecticut Lottery has been holding raffles twice per year too. And that's where the similarities end.
Max of 275,000 ten dollar tickets sold for ONE top prize of $1,000,000. (275,000 to 1 odds)
I'm situated about 45 minutes from CT, and my work pool and I were playing SuperDraw quite a bit until I heard about PA's Millionaire

Winning M/M at 15million
I remember some going out at $15m and that was years ago. It does seem fuuny it doesn't go
out more often at that amount. Someone talked about odds but still it's possible not to cover all
the combos and still have a winner, it depends if qp or lucky self pick hits the combo.
Has anyone put thought into qp's and why it seems so...controlled random?
I got a quick pick for our PA Match 6 game on Saturday, I forgot about it until (shaaammeee....)
today but scanned it and it was a $25
