Yesterday something unusual happened to me with FF5. I haven't played FF5 in quite a long time. I can't remember when I might have last played, but it was probably in late September or early October. I agree with you 100% - Lotto 649 numbers are random. Why bother using the lottery post quick pick generator, writing the numbers down and then entering them in a play slip. Why not let the lottery terminal pick them for you? They are all random. Why the extra work?

the hole in your argument is that quick picks are not forced on customers, they are only an option. you can still pick your own numbers. this is my best guess, but i think the lottery offers players the option of quick picks to make it easy on retailers. if lottery players had to choose their numbers themselves, there would be a lot of players wasting time at the counter hemming and hawing over what numbers to pick, and that would waste retailers' time and make lines longer at the counter. q

I use to do quick picks but they never came close to the numbers drawn, so now I prefer to pick my own. I made a Chart a few years ago and I pick my own numbers from it. The Grid is very promising and I have hit off of it multiply times when I pick the right combination (that's the key). I play the Cash four and posted the Chart in Lottery System. GiveFive, I'm one to never shun anyone who uses lottery software. My old Kindle have a number of lotto e-books and formula software I may look into again. Question... do you remember when NY Lotto used to post the Take 5 winnings and show not only the location (which they still do) but whether the drawing was regular or quick pick? They removed that portion. The only time I won 4 numbers was off a quick pick 2 yrs ago. I'm wondering if it was removed so people would believe choosing your own

You're being downvoted mostly because you're factually wrong. The article says the winning ticket was a quick pick. Direct quote from article: His winning numbers were purchased with a Quick Pick, he emphasized. God picked for me, he said, pointing upwards. So, thank you.
