Would You Play This MUSL?
Hypothetical game...Just for fun I know many on here don't care for large jackpots going to single individuals, but for those who love to see huge jackpots, would you play a MUSL game with the following criteria: No secondary or tertiary win levels. You either win the jackpot or you don't. If all the numbers don't match, you get nothing. 80% of ticket sales would go towards the jackpot so that there would be large rollover amounts. Odds would be 1:120 million This lottery would have

Systems Do Work...
That someone was a bonehead if he thought players in areas that sold the most tickets should be penalized with higher odds. It's not the states or areas that win the jackpots but individual players and all players have he same chance of winning regardless of where they buy their tickets. When the MM and PB challenges were 12+4, the number of combinations covered were 3168. Even if someone had all 5+1 winning numbers, it unlikely they would have played even 25% of those combinations.

Systems Do Work...
bluerain, Pick3Guy, MM and PB jackpots have been won playing birthdays, anniversaries, birth years, house numbers, etc.... against odds much greater then the Pick 3.

if a lottery official's kid won either the PB/MM jackpot. ..
Despite what the lottery committee may say-I still see a lawsuit in the making here. Why should you have to deny yourself a chance at millions simply because your parent works for the lottery? Its not like the parent is selling secrets of how to win the lottery . It's laughable. I would sure like to know whether the children of lottery committee members are required to sign papers stating that they will not attempt to play any of the games including the jackpots?

How can the lottery Mm and Pb even out the odds of other places winning?
Rhode Island won 2 PB jackpots within a 1 month span back in 2012. One of them was a huge one, about $338 Million if I remember correctly. We also had a $5 Million winner here in MM earlier this year.

How to win the lottery (happily)
If you have won the lottery, or if you plan to do so, please keep reading this column. The information is vital not just to your happiness but also to the progress of social science. You have a chance to dispel the notion of the curse of the lottery, which is blamed whenever a big winner ends up divorced, depressed, destitute or dead. Journalists like to explain that the curse is no mere legend the futility of winning the jackpot has been demonstrated by actual scientists with jobs at accredi

Scams and Greed
In this story is pure greed, but in many we read, it's because they are gullible and really believe they won a huge prize without every entering a contest. The people at MUSL used player greed when they created PB and MM and greed is the reason $100 million jackpots are common. And greed explains why more than twice as many Ohio players will play for a $15 MM jackpot than will play OCL with a $71 million jackpot.

Mega Millions Winners - Playing Their Numbers or Quick picks?
I had figured that with the new Mega Millions odds around 259,000,000/1 that jackpots over $500,000,000 would become common and it wouldn't be long before we would see a Jackpot up around or over $1,000,000,000. But it seems that the jackpot is being won more now then before? So I'm wondering are the winners winning with their own numbers or are they winning with Quick picks?

Iowa Lottery officials track down $1 million winner
I admit before I got serious with the lottery, I'd buy tickets when mega jackpots were advertised on TV, and I'd forget to check them for weeks or months. There were even a few times, I would find them in my wallet or drawer after they expired! Those I never checked the numbers and just tossed them. So, I kind of understand... Now, I check my draw tickets the same night or at the latest the next morning.

Do any systems actually work?
Locally people still play lotto, the majority probably for Saturday only. Some play Keno. Few play pick 3. Most stare at Euromillions jackpots. Gamblers go for poker, blackjack and roulette. Those also play the lottery, but maybe much less. There is no pick 4 next to pick 3, and I have the impression that Americans play a lot of scratch tickets, pick 3 and pick 4. Different countries, different traditions and sports.
