If he had been allowed to remain anonymous, she would've never known who he was, thus she wouldn't have been able to target and murder him. You're in denial, pal. In a news video, the victim stated he would like to have his old life back, so he could walk down the street without everyone knowing who he was! If the lottery had allowed him to remain anonymous, he could've done so without being targeted for murder!

Since there a few states right now that allow winners to be anonymous for 'free' this bill would set a very bad precedent....... other states would copy it, perhaps even the current anonymous starts. Also the concept of paying for a ticket, winning a jackpot, and being charged 5% of the jackpot to remain anonymous is nothing but a shakedown. Any guess whether that 5% would be pre-tax or not?
