I believe that bad luck is a state of mind. If you learn ways to play the lottery, you increase your chances of getting a hit so I never try to say I have bad luck. It's all in the timing and I can speak for it. Me hitting pic4 for nine grand was priceless and then hit it againSaturday was a blessing. Now I am going for my millions! I also believe that we have to be in alignment and ready to recieve good fortune!!!

I think, if people from lottery read those posts, to improve lottery promotion, they should send to people lottery slips in a mail, or, say, person can order online or by phone certain amount of slips for the game of interest and get it for free in a mail. Why should one spend one dollar worth of gasoline to just go and get slips? Also, that would increase the sense of safety for lottery buyers.

UPS Dream Please Help
There was nothing special or specific about the dream other than the fact that I was back delivering packages for UPS and had my uniform on. I worked for them for 12 years and quit due to the increase of the weight limit per package from 70 lbs. to 150 lbs. This is very TRUE.

I am not a programmer , but I understantand permutations. You try incremental approach bearing in mind nCr and nPr relation. Now with 3 digits the permuation is straight forward 3P2 for 6 combos, increase to 4P2 for 12 combos 5P2 for 20 , 6P2 for 30 ...........P(n,r).
