Is it really possible to achieve this with pick 3 and pick 4 ?Reply
I'd love to play them boxed, but it would cost too much. My plan is to play the remaining number that is in red, 070 for a dollar straight and the rest for 50 cents straight. However, if there is no hit by the 4th day, I will increase it to a dollar per combo for the next 4 days. If no hit by then, I will reduce it back to 50 cents per combo for another week.

In the grand scheme of things, and statistics backs this up, buying 1 ticket or 1000 tickets doesn't really matter. Buying 1000 powerball lotto ticket instead of just one does not increase your odds of winning the jackpot by any significant amount. Your best bet is to buy 1 ticket if any at all.

Most profits made by lottery from people who buys only one ticket at the time, because they hardly ever win anything. Bring it up to 5 tickets at once, increase your chances.

I think this might be actually good! Maybe the jackpot will increase more than the standard $10 million increments before the jackpot reaches over $100 million with more $ coming in. The game is still difficult to win so when it does get up there it will get up there sooner hopefully

I dont know.... Im thinking at first for the first year maybe it will not roll past maybe 100 million.....because of all of the people playing in Ca......Cause I think and I hate to say this I believe they meaning lottery officals can push the rollover to increase tickets sales....They get more press and more players when the jackpots are higher.....so to induce that kind of coverage.....I'm thinking large jackpots are going to be more sporadic...

Cant really predict what jackpots will be. Look how long it took for PB to finally have a big jackpot, after raising the price. Jackpots may indeed rollover higher and faster with CA in the fold, but....with more people playing it's also possible that there will be jackpots won more frequently also. I remember earlier this year when PB was getting hit before even getting close to $100 mil, and people were wondering when the big jackpots were gonna happen because of the price increase.

I have a whole $0 invested in tonights drawing. I had a combined ticket with my brother that won $4 last time so we got two more combined tickets for tonight and that is it. I have played the lottery long enough to know that buying huge amounts of tickets really does nothing to increase your chances even though in theory it sounds like it would.
