If consecutive numbers are not allowed to occur in a lottery, then why are consecutive numbers included in the pool of numbers? Why is there no jackpot winner in an alleged rigged drawing? In most cases, rigged = lack of basic knowledge of how random works, Have you ever played poker and been dealt a straight? Would that hand be considered rigged? Consecutive anything doesn't happen often, but it can and does happen in the world of random.
