Results for Forecast #61 Level 1
This forecast won the 941 combo in the 2/17 CT evening drawing!!
Prediction Statement: 1 of the 30 combos below will be drawn within the next 25 drawings (on or before 2/19 ).
Game plan: I'll use the Martingale Betting system to achieve my desired ROI when I win. Play the same combos and state drawings repeatedly every day. I may or may not change the state drawings while the forecast is still active. If I make any changes, I'll update

Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
Okay, then please explain to me how running a ball machine six times destroys any pattern it might have had. I would like to know the physics behind that. After all, if it had a pattern going, why not just extrapolate your pattern 7 drawings out? There really is no reason to believe that a mechanical ball drawing machine isn't random, but you seem convinced otherwise. Losing tickets become winning strategy
By Kate Northrop
Persistence paid off for one North Carolina man who won a $1 million grand prize in a second-chance lottery drawing after exclusively buying tickets that offer second-chance promotions.
One North Carolina resident is still processing the fact that he was chosen in a second-chance lottery drawing to win a $1 million grand prize.
Eddie Graham of Belmont has been playing the lottery for years, particularly scratch-off games tha

Take 5 NY
What Casper's analog caveman paperwork really is, is a method of showing/tracking adjacent numbers. Adjacents happen a lot so they are a very smart pick. You do see all of the three number winning T5 tickets Casper puts out here, don't you???
Adjacent Numbers, are numbers on either side of Lotto numbers that hit in the last drawing. So, Adjacent Numbers are one number higher or one number lower than a winning number from the previous drawing. For example, if Lotto Number 17 won in the last d
