The Mega Millions lottery set a new 1 roll record of $18 million for the March 7 draw. The previous Mega Millions record was $16 million. The Powerball 1 roll record is $20 million and is the current preset minimum jackpot level.

Well, u just choose it. You say, I want a Mega Millions and Lotto, annual payments option for both. on txlottery.org, they always put CVO or AP next to the winning ticket. I have yet to see AP, until I win Mega millions or Lotto.
