Post your scratch ticket results
You are welcome Matt!
Yes, I'm in the SE part of PA too. I've found with these MM tickets, either the first couple after 000, 001
between 003 and 006 lies a winner sometimes. I've already found 4x symbols - again for a $10 base
amount - in that range of ticket numbers. I would say that the end of the pack after 023 does better
than the beginning though. That's where I found a $50 winner (ticket number 023, $10x4 + $10) and
another $100 on ticket number #027. Also, if I get #028 an

GASMETERGUY,
You seem to believe that because an algorithym does not presently exist, that one is not possible.
Unless humans learn how to see into the future, I believe this to be true.
In PA the Evening Daily Number is a 3 digit Base 10 number drawn with 3 ping pong ball machines. The expected value of playing this game with Straight Win tickets is 50 for each $1 wagered, since the odds are 1:1000 but the payout is only $500. Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that you found a

When is something considered 'Hot'?
Hi Ricky:
The term hot is what we would call a fuzzy logic term. A fuzzy logic term requires a home made definition, since there's no unique way to define the term. We all know what equal means. Given any two numbers we can immediately discern whether they are equal or not. Suppose we invent a new term, almost equal . What does it mean when we say that A is almost equal to B? We'd have to come up with a home brewed definition of what almost equal means to answer the question. One such definit

TX Cash 5
Of course the other positions can get a little tricky, and I don't use the same reasoning for all positions. Okay, so you have your picks for position #1, I would base my position #2 picks on whether I feel a single digit number will hit, or a number between 10 and 19. I look back at the history of the second position: How many single digits hit within a week (6 drawings), and how many 10 thru 19 numbers hit within that same time frame for position #2. Also, to narrow it down a bit more, I've no

Ever so close
One thing I've noticed in playing around with numbers is that mirrors are fundamental and are Logical Extensions of the Base 10 System. Take any number from 0 through 9 and any number 5 points(5 Times 2 = 10) from that number IS that number.
The mirrors are: 0=5
1=6
2=7
3=8
4=9

If through your workouts you get strong re-occuring numbers and their mirrors, You could reliably play those 1 or 2 numbers and their mirrors for a few days, and you could hit - very consisitent

Has This Ever Happened To You?
Thanks everyone for participating in this thread. I guess I'll continue playing my numbers for a while longer. Everyone has some good points, but if I change my system or play some quick picks, I'll have to spend more money unless I can somehow block out my numbers. (The way my memory's been lately, I'm surprised I can find my way home from the store!) I also agree that playing a game with lower odds might be smarter, since I haven't won anything in a long time. Floridian, either you have a lot

Every number averages 20 hits per yr.
Perhaps i am not understanding this like it should, afterall, English is not my native language. What good is the data if you can't use it to play the games that you need or want to play? I'm a little confused here... What good is the data...? , that to me is the only thing important in that line. What good is the data? It's obvious one is pretty much off base when using Australian, New Zealand, Belgium, Russia and e.g. South African pick3 results to determine what the hot numbers are to play i

A Million drawings.......!
I finally found someone at work whos willing to compile what I mentioned a short while ago, in the Lottery systems category on the LP. In the past two days I've got the workings of this scheme to a jump start. It deals with compiling a data base of a million sets of pick-3 numbers randomly. Keeping that same million sets all the time, without changing the numbers, the program will look back and see the last two and three consecutive drawings and spit out a list of numbers that would show up next
