It depends on what you mean by in years because at one drawing a day and if no repeat combos were drawn, it could be over 27 years before a pick 4 combo is drawn. There is a probability, plus or minus standard deviation that with repeats about 6667 of the possible outcomes should be drawn in 10,000 drawing. It could take much longer. Don't know the record for the amount of time it took for a pick 4 combo to be drawing, but in the Ohio Pick 3, 023 was AWOL for over 11,000 drawings. Do the

Here's a subtle impact as to how the numbers are behaving since they added the midday draw. You don't see many numbers having skipped 20 or more draws. It used to be that you'd see a number that skipped 20 or 30 drawings pretty regularly. I doubt the old record of number of drawings skipped of 63 draws will happen ever gain. Most number of drawings skipped right now is #18 which has skipped the last 16 drawings. I've no idea of what else this additional drawing per day will change
