Oh believe me, I noticed that 420 hit in FL. The drawing schedule for the 99 pair doesn't include any TX drawings and the 20 pair doesn't include any FL drawings. I have to be specific about the drawing schedule because I play one drawing at time and in order according to the drawing schedule. I'm just testing my one pair strategy find out the *hit record. *Hit record = the number of drawings it takes a strategy to always win.

States running a digital aka computer drawings are rigged period. The data given from Lotteries proves it. Total sales are up and actual winnings are down compared to sales of drawing games. Powerball changes/Monday drawReply
The Double Play drawing is conducted with a different numbered ball set than the regular Powerball drawings, so Lottery Post treats it as a completely separate game. The statistics and draw histories are kept separate. Most other websites out there (in fact, all of them that I'm aware of) mix the numbers together. If the numbers were drawn from the same machine using the same ballset, that would be a good idea, but because they're different, it's best to analyze them separately. Edit: B

Forecast #11 will be the only forecast I post that will need to be adjusted to keep the desired ROI because the overlap of the VA day drawing time and the NY day cut-off time happen at the same time. Usually, I would arrange the drawing schedule with enough time to find out the drawing results and have enough time to play the next state before the cut-off time if needed. My goal is to make a minimum 20% ROI. Personally, for this particular forecast, I'd leave out the opportunity to double the RO
