In THEORY, the cash value for Powerball would have been $115 million for last night's draw, but in REALITY, it probably was only the $107 million they advertised (the drop in annuity was probably because of falling interest rates), because PB has had to raid their jackpot fund to pay larger than expected payouts for their cash prizes. I noticed that when the jackpot drawing come last night the jackpot was not even $164 million it was $158.8 million. So powerball did not even sell enough tickets to get to the advertised jackpot. So they raised it to $177 million which is a $18.2 million increase hopefully with the 4 days of sales they will be able to get to the advertised jackpot annuity.-weshar75

I have not looked at VA. but I will. If I was playing in VA . right now I would play Increase and jamil's numbers. Just for the next couple of days 64 numbers are hot. 642 647 646 641... But I did not look and I do believe in Increase,s numbers. Match them up with coco's pairs to narrow it down. I will post numbers in that thread tonight. I wish you big wins this month.

Even with a jackpot more than 5x that of MM, PB only sold about 1.5x as many tickets. I wouldn't be surprised to see some changes in the game within a year but I can't imagine what they would be if MM doesn't increase its price to $2.

Can you let me know which numbers are showing as key for VA? I played the numbers you provided but nothing yet, and I am on a budget. I am definitely going to ride the 444, but also wanted to increase my chances of winning by playing the keys.

I missed the jackpot being revised downward but now that PB jackpot is ten times that of MM, it will have a short window of opportunity to attract some of the players it lost with its new price and have a chance to grow at the rate they projected with the price increase.

How many people no longer play the MM Megaplier or PB Powerplay option?Reply
I'm with DCF. before I put myself on a budget i would play the megaplyer, powerplay... then powerball was announced to increase, and i simply decided to spend 2$ per drawing... so **if** i were to play an extra 1$ play it would be on megamillions and i would skip the powerball boost cut its already a 1M 2nd tier prize.
