Asked ChatGPT How To Win the Lottery
My take is that nobody thinks playing a number of tickets makes Powerball easy to win. The issue being argued about is how odds work. I have already explained how it works here: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/344172/7169156

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 14th Edition
It looks like I'm not going to have anything on my radar to play as far doubles for a while. I don't see anything that I would put money on.
When I'm experiencing a break in the action. I consider playing the forecasts of other predictors with great track records like

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
Rattle an sounds great!
$pandex draws ain't bad either.
All of 'em just come from things he says. Like Mega-mouth. Always bragging on his Mega ball record in every active thread on the board like he hasn't done that 47 days in a row.
The things he says make better nicks than anything I could come up with. LOL

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
Yawn!
Like watching the News these days. Nobody answers a question. Instead they retreat to their safe place and start to accuse the opposition of doing the same thing that they are being questioned about. Ask OLE Stat$talker to prove his claim and he falls back on the same accusations. RRR, State of Texas, You lost to me in a competition (that I can find no record of). It is all made up and getting recycled with every exchange.

California man wins state's largest scratch-off lottery prize at $20 million
Fry had two ways of claiming his record prize an annual payment of $800,000 for 25 years or a lump sum payment of $11.6 million, both before federal taxes. He chose to receive his winnings as a lump sum, which he said he'll use to buy a new F250 truck.
Congrats to him but whoa!!! My vehicle was not designed and built in this Millennium so I had no idea how expensive new vehicles are. $11.6 million for a new truck...Yikes!
The only bigger ticket I know of is the $25 Million Flo

I will pay you $5k if you can find this information.
Take your claim to your local state reps and senator. Find out what state reps are in charge of the California lottery.
I'm sure someone there will be of assistance.
I don't understand why you not getting any cooperation.
You would think the state has a record of every ticket sold from each location. How long they hold on to these is a question you might want to ask.
Good Luck!!
