Todd, I use Lotto Pro software... the sample size suggested by it's programmers is 50 games.. although thats adjustable..I keep it at 50. The normal Averages of MM from drawing to drawing is anywhere from .3-1.2... but when all of a sudden , you see a 2.5 difference from a drawing that you participated in, and someone wins elsewhere.. its enough cause for suspicion..!! I'm referring to the $227 Million won in Texas about 2 wks ago..MM drawing....

As far as KY. I talked with a rep named Steve (@ the # 877-789-4532) who informed me that the draw break time are as follows. KY day drawing break time: 1:20pm EST / 12:20 CST KY eve drawing break time: 10:55pm EST / 9:55 CST KY has a live broadcast of their drawing online so watching it is the fastest way to know the drawing results.

There's my 4. I'll try to explain things as we go along. The combo 174 is a = Low-Odd-in combo. I feel that digit 4 is coming back for the win, however, not all Low-Even-In combos have digit 4 in them so I want to catch those as well.
