In all seriousness, the bottom line is the evidence in my own experiences within the last 20 years or so. And it's a very simple conclusion in my case, I don't believe it's a coincidence that before the second drawing, midday drawing, here in Florida started, I was profiting from the Pick 3 Lottery on a regular basis, at worst I was evening out. We now know that they do 4 tests before and 4 tests after each drawing. That's 8 test drawings between each official drawing. Now here's something to think about. Let's say you have a number that hasn't hit in 15 to 20, or more more official drawings. Well the 23rd Drawing of my multi-draw ticket is tonight for the March Saturday 31st 2018 drawing for Oregon Megabucks and the $2.6 million jackpot. Here are my numbers for tonight's drawing and they are the same as last time. Ticket sales for both games have dropped a big % the last couple of years at least. Some people have quit playing they say because of all the matrix changes. The last PB draw the estimated JP was for 420 mill and they only had 72 mill in ticket sales. I looked back to 2012 and only 1 time when an advertised JP was over 400 mill did they do less then 100 mill in sales and that was in 2016 when an advertised jp of 403 mill had 94 mill in sales.
