The Minnesota daily 3 ABX hunt begins!
I like! Thanks!
I ve been also trying some 962 method, and sure enough the numbers are right there! Just hard to know which ones to pick when able to bang out 30+ numbers quick you know.
Thats why the whole tic tac toe seems useless to me. And especially since I want to not buy a ton a day anymore.
Feel like hot/warm and filtering so that you can narrow down the pool and perhaps score!

Is it Rigged?
A high percentage of ticket using random numbers is a necessity if the lotteries want to offer fixed prizes.
Lotto Max prizes are pari-mutuel except at the lowest three levels, which pay $20 or free ticket, and the pool is calculated after the $20 prizes are allocated. https://www.olg.ca/en/lottery/play-lotto-max-encore/odds-and-payouts.html#content-lottery So, your theory that they want to avoid an unlikely scenario of paying out lots of second (or third, or fourth) prizes isn't fully mathem

Non Jackpot liablity payout. is there one?
I doubt that states get to set their own limits, but I haven't seen anything in the rules that makes it clear. All prizes are administered by the individual states, but they're all paid from a prize pool funded by all members, except for CA.
If each state was responsible for paying the full cost of the 5+0 prize a lot of states with small populations wouldn't take the risk. For the $750 million MM jackpot sales in VT, WY, and the USVI were $341k, $256k, and $65k respectively. I don't have the

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
I've posted predictions using only the 50% coldest or 50% hottest pool. One's method or opinion of what is hot or cold will be different than mine.
There are only two data points that I find useful:
How many times a number has been drawn, and How long since last drawn.
How far back one goes in their sample, and how one does their frequency and trend calculations will vary.
Let's just leave this part of the conversation alone, unless we all put our cards on the table and share detai

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
To answer your question, I need to know what GH considers a decent chance of winning. Winning any prize or winning the jackpot? Naturally the more numbers you wheel, the more tickets you play, the better your chances of winning any prize, including the jackpot. So based on that, sure, I agree. Is that how I play, no.
I do just fine (not every drawing) with wheeling around 1/3 of the field (13 to 15 numbers). For me, wheeling half the pool 19-20 numbers, in our 5/39 game, requires too many tic

The Tasbob Eliminator
Been in the Cricket Lab Adding and modifying Filters since my last post.
Goseahawks recent posts got me looking at Followers. I recall that there are some strong opinions about the effectiveness of a Followers System. Using Followers to Select Combinations is a tough Nut to Crack. But the Title of this Topic is the Tasbob Eliminator
Here is the setup.
1. Use the Last Draw as the Key. Each Position is Keyed by the Last Digit Drawn in that position.
2. Go Back in the draw about 300 Ga

bell curve
The Bonus ball is the easiest to pick... there aren't that many in the pool to pick from anyway... the Math will point it out..
as it did when it predicted 18 as the red Powerball awhile back in the thread Predicting Numbers..!!, Fact or Fiction?..!! (Str8cashhomie was a witness).. even though it had been dormant for over 50 games or more...
I imagine that data, concerning just a bonus ball would form a bell curve...I designed wheels that form bell curves from filtered sums...and need not
