Why are American lotteries rigged?
Well someone on another thread called you a black man -Lidayel??? cant remember his name as you were also insulting him in that thread -seems you are known for insulting people left right and centre here......Race is not an issue here and I am not a racist and some of my best friends are black too -I am white. You were making childish remarks with your card statements. Well if your a senior we would expect better from a senior person but then again it seems you like to stir in threads and cause

Why are American lotteries rigged?
Coming from a black man that can only speak 1 language BRAVO to you Sir thank you for spreading your words of wisdom. The international community take note how you treat people from other countries here Bravo to you and your fellow group of rockspiders. Please go to counter 6 and get your noddy badge .Well your welcome to comment about my lottery I dont play it as its openly rigged and I would much rather play an overseas lottery where i know and see there is consistent winners. I only said it l

MUSL seeks to dismiss lawsuit over rigged jackpot
Correct me if I wrong. Why did Iowa the other states deliberately wait until all the tickets expired before they file charge against Tipton ? Why , let this person continue to work in a position were can rig any more games? This person had no problem saying how it could be done did it. That bold. Most people radar pick up on statements like this right away. IT is just my opinion that they such do something for the Iowa players and all states involve.

Pennsylvania judge and friends win $291M Powerball jackpot
Geez pirate, don't feel sorry. I thought that little rant was funny! Tipton was the guilty one. Strutt was the fall guy. A year ago I drove up to Ohio for a funeral. While I was up there, I bought PB tix for myself. So, by your thinking, if I had won, it would have been fraud. No, I'm not a judge, but dang, so what. All sorts of people buy lottery tickets. Over 292 million combinations in that game. You really think they are going to sift through every ticket that was sold and say hey,

Anonymity for this huge jackpot. Let's settle this right here and now.
Well I hate to burst your bubble but POP Let's not forget it was a lawyer who tried to claim the Tipton ticket. He wanted to claim on behalf of his client , he said, so his client could remain anonymous. Anyone will do almost anything for the right amount of money. What's being kicked out of the bar association if you're promised more than you'd make practicing law in a lifetime? Watch a documentary called Unraveled. About a lawyer who impersonated a past client, using the man's name and

Lottery scandal unlikely to affect New Mexico, official says
I'm still not sure what point you're trying to make. You can't guarantee a win without picking both the winning combination and the combination on your ticket. That means that even if you know what the winning numbers will be you have no advantage if you buy a QP. That means that nobody who won with a QP won as a result of knowing what the winning numbers were going to be. Since only one winner in NM wasn't a QP that's the only person who could possibly have played the winning numbers because

Neck and Neck
it sounds different because of perception. What is perceived can be easily deceived. Both Jackpots have been won since I last posted, and the anamoly between the two current JP is quite staggering. 90 Million VS 25 Million. The two starting JP are very different. 40 vs 15. But a QP player must remember to play in Illinois because the RNG is more in tune to the tipton JP winning pattern.

8 state lottery websites + Powerball & Mega Millions sites offline
What kind of an ISP issue could that be? A squirrel chewed through their coax cable and the ISP won't be there to fix it until some time between 8 and noon on Monday? The only thing that turns up on Google News are a couple of very short articles about the NC lottery's website being down; they both refer to a network provider issue . Without info about what that issue is that doesn't tell us anything, and given the usual reliability of news reports it could be a problem with MUSL's own networ

Extradition trial begins this week in $16.5M Hot Lotto fraud case
I found this part in the story Lottery officials balked at paying the amount, saying certain security criteria wasn't met and prosecutors later determined that the attempt was an inside job by Tipton, at the time the security director for the Multi-State Lottery Association, an Iowa-based group that operates state lotteries, including the Hot Lotto. How many times have my haters called me derogative things ( it is not a conspiracy theory anymore, it is now a conspiracy fact! ) for even men

Texas man charged in Iowa lottery case contests extradition
If you read the earlier article you'll find that it answers most of your questions. Writing a program that chooses particular numbers on a particular day is simple. Since the program's only function would be to draw those numbers on the specified day it wouldn't have any effect at all on the test drawings, which would remain a function of the correct RNG program. Installing it could be as simple as inserting a flash drive, and letting Windows do its usual autoplay to run the executable installat
