The Tremendous Twelve!
Man, why are people on here so bitter? I wouldn't have given my numbers out if I thought it was contingent on u paying me if you won, using my numbers. The only time people owe anything is when a contract is established between the parties. I just gave those 12 numbers out just out of kindness but if u guys want I can not post any numbers, and maybe you will be happy continuing on losing streaks, either way you are not hurting me but yourself! What's really going on with just being thankful for

Should Gloria Share With Mindy?
Hahahahahaha. OMG, that's hilarious. What's even funnier is that's how these things get started. One person makes an off the cuff comment and it becomes a verbal contract later on. Which is why you should never make these kinds of comments, because rdgrnr, me, and everyone else here in need will claim you made this promise, and we're in need, so...

If I can predict the MegaMill 5 out of 5
I would think anything is possible. Sometimes I feel like getting a few ppl to join me in a type syndicate but one thing I do know for sure the first thing you will need to do is change your outlook. If you say to the universe your skeptical or have ANY doubts it won't ever happen that you win. You MUST be positive and act and feel as if you've already won. (-: oh, make sure you have a contract

Decision in $5 million lottery ticket theft trial in Judge's hands
Lock up the brothers and their 5 million dollar lottery stealing daddy to. You don't hold a 5 million dollar lottery ticket until the statue of limitation has almost expired for your crime. Ashkar validated the ticket in 2006 but tried to cash it in 2012. Now had he not validated the ticket he wouldn't have been able to cash it 6 years later. Andy Ashkar said he was affraid for the safety of his family, isn't he still affraid now? Ashkar said he didn't want to tell his wife because he didn't

Illinois Lottery seeks to collect $20 million from operator Northstar Lottery Group
Noted Illinois Lottery Superintendent Michael Jones: Northstar won the private manager contract by projecting a net income of $851.2 million in FY12, but failed to reach this goal, consequently triggering a $20 million net income shortfall to the state. Northstar missed their initial net income commitment by $94 million. Our agreement requires Northstar to be held accountable for this shortfall. Yea, shame on the state for not letting a business shortchange them for $20 Million on agreement

Judge won't give bakery workers partial lottery prize
That's easy. They have a written contract that spells out the rules, including the procedures for paying (or failing to pay on time), how to buy pool tickets, how members can buy personal tickets, and how members can be removed from the group. That's not necessarily how the top firms do it, but it's how any firm you would consider hiring does it.

Hair stylists spar over $9.5M Hoosier Lotto jackpot
The facts of the hairdressers court case concerning their winning the Indiana Lottery, you have to realize that the hairdressers are all bound by their verbal understanding and agreement that their pool money for lottery tickets would only be purchased at a specific lottery sales location, and that they all agreed that if any of them wished to purchase a lottery ticket or tickets, that the purchase would have to be made at a different location. Thus, since all of the tickets which include the wi

Powerball hit in Va. last night
I'm more of a Neal Wanless fan. A young guy from South Dakota who hit the $230+ million jackpot and hasn't made news since. Well, other than a fence contract issue. Congrats to the winner though. Wish them luck.

Ex-Georgia Lottery president got big bonuses
Oh yeah, that was in the contract as part of the deal before they even started. It didn't matter if you kept 'em or fired 'em, either way they were gonna make a fortune.
