Should illegal immigrants be able to claim lottery prizes?Reply
I see nothing wrong with illegal immigrants claiming a lottery prize. Why? Because they pay for a shot at the jackpot just like I do. It is no different than if a person from another country purchased a winning ticket. Either way it goes Uncle Sam is the winner because all non-residential citizens are taxed at a higher rate. Padawan, it stands for Best Number. This I got from Steve. Maybe RL will elaborate. BN stands for Best Number, Here is how it works. It takes a while to build this filter and takes many drawings before it works as designed. What I found is that most lotteries have around 12 to 18 numbers that hit quite often but are not drawn togather. This takes much testing to get the list of numbers that follow this trend.
