This is one of the reasons I visit casino machines on occasion...... There is a instant confirmation as to if the timing was good or not good within just a few short pulls. If that was true, the state games would have more players. For example Ohio has Rolling Cash5(5/39) at $1/ticket with jackpots of $100k-$500K and Classic Lotto(6/49) at $1/ticket with a jackpot of $20.3M/$10.1M cash and PowerBall is still the big draw this week. People are more interested in having a chance at a big jackpot then they are a smaller jackpot and will spend the extra dollar.

Ditto! It's a week later and the jackpot is now $19.4M/$9.7M. Ohio is advertising OCL as having the best odds for winning a big jackpot. I haven't checked the other jackpots around the country so I'm taking their words for it and playing again tonight.

There have been times when the Illinois Pick 5 game (it was Little Lotto then) had jackpots close to or slightly over $1M, got a lot of play, and the JP was split by 3,4, or 5 players. sometimes all had played a QP, so I don't think all combinations were used and then started over. Granted that's a game with odds of half a million, not multi-millions, but I'd guess the QP method is the same for all games.

I feel that chasing jackpot rollovers is insane.I play for one jackpot amount sudden death. I do not keep on chasing the jackpot rollovers after losing my lottery stop loss limit money. You can chase lottery jackpots rollovers by playing the lottery more often for less lines. You buy a single line per drawing.
