MegaMillions and Quick Pick
RJOH...actually I am trying to design a scheme to increase the chances of a person's quick picks that MM terminals give out. The thread just got a little off track.
But the principle I am working on is this......if 70% of the winners come from the 70% of quick picks....then can't an individual set up some cookie crumbs that lead the MM back to that person's quick picks or close to it? If my ever ongoing theory that money outflow control is at work then perhaps there is a way to make the MM c

'Lottery Secrets" from the Cryptic Vault...
Rjoh:
Amen, brother. However, I will try anything once and try to incorporate it into some meaningful direction for my picks.
Like I recently posted, I am new at this and still have a long way to go to learn the ropes.

Tip For Any System Used
CA LotteryGuy writes:
RJOH...tell me where you read that the QP system usually picks a winner when it has picked about 50% of the possible combinations. If that were the case a MM draw would have had to sell an astronomical amount of tickets.
Sorry I don't remember where I read that but if you compare overall ticket sales with the total numbers of QP winners the numbers would be even higher. I don't depute that the winning numbers are random but I was talking about systems used by players

5/39 Schooling...

The RC5 in D.C. only grows by a few thousand dollars when it rolls, it reached $277K day before yesterday and was won last night, it took almost a month to get to that level. It is the size of D.C. which makes it grow so slow, not a whole lot of people playing since it starts at $20K.
Good Luck on Monday.

Iowa couple claims $200M Powerball lottery jackpot
Maybe in her mind she actually thought she seldom bought lottery tickets but she knew what she wanted as if she played all the time. I don't know why she felt she had to convince me, someone who didn't even know her, that she never plays. A lot of people don't like to admit they play the lottery a lot even if they win. RJOh
It's all relative, I guess. I have neighbors who say they never play but I always see them checking their numbers. I want to keep this clean, so I'll just say the

Workouts for PB,MM,jackpot and pick5 games
Yes,RJOH,the patterns are there but it's difficult enough making systems for pick 3, let alone pick 5 and 6 games. I think that's why most people don't attempt it. I have tried myself and will continue to do so for these games but I haven't any yet that are worth posting here.
Have you taken a look at SirMetro's -40 system? I really like that one and know it has potential. I'm working on something using his system combined with something else. Will post when I feel it's up to par.

Pencil & paper, day by day vs backtesting
Tenaj,
I have never suggested anyone stop posting their opinions, theories or systems and I don't pay any attention to anyone who does. Nothing I've ever posted turned a winning system into a losing system. My post was a response to Coin Toss's opinion that the claims of good results using some of the posted system were bogus.
